DIgSILENT has released PowerFactory 2024 SP5A.
This service pack is identical to the previously released service pack PowerFactory 2024 SP5, but containes fixes for the following issues:
- The generation of a floating licence was no longer possible in PowerFactory 2024 SP5. This issue was caused by the migration of the Licence Manager from .NET 6 to .NET 8.
- Handling of “string” arguments in the external “DPL Function Extensions” C-interface (digdplfun) led to corrupted texts. This issue arose in PowerFactory 2024 SP5 when correcting an existing argument passing problem related to Unicode encoding.
