No. The licenses are perpetual and come with free Maintenance & Support for the first year for all new purchases. For the 2nd year onwards, you can choose to subscribe to an annual Maintenance & Support renewal. If you decide not to, you will still own the license in perpetuity.
With an active Maintenance & Support subscription, customers will receive:
- The latest software updates as soon as they are released.
- Customer support from the experts at DIgSILENT GmbH for troubleshooting matters via the Customer Portal
Yes, you can. However, you will not receive the latest updates nor have access to any customer support should there be an issue with your software.

There are 5 types of license available:
- Commercial License
- Research License

No. However, there is a demo license available (with limited functionality). Please request for your demo license here.
Is PTI S.E. Asia Sdn Bhd the sole and exclusive distributor for DIgSILENT GmbH products in South-East Asia?
Yes.
Yes. All the software licenses that we deliver to our customers are original and are procured directly from DIgSILENT GmbH. Customers will receive an original copy of their license agreement whenever they purchase any software from us.
No. The only option available for payment is via Telegraphic Transfer to our bank account. Please get in touch with us for more information.
